You can have a FULL REFUND if you are not satisfied with our product after you return it without damage in the item and packaging.

The customer must pay the return shipping costs if the issue with the product is not quality-related. 1-Month Warranty for Quality-Related Issues.
Please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item for faster resolution.

Kindly provide a clear picture with the tag on the damage of the product.

We will use this information to help you with your order, once the product is confirmed to have defects, a replacement will be sent to you.
